Jo Fiddy (MIBCC) is a Motivational Speaker, Menopause Coaching Specialist and host of the Pressing Play Podcast — working with women at the intersection of perimenopause, nervous system regulation and the beliefs that shape how we experience it all.

Jo has been through menopause twice. The first time came unexpectedly in her early thirties — arriving alongside grief, divorce and years of pushing through stress at a pace her body eventually refused to keep up with. Her system crashed. She unravelled. And that unravelling became her awakening.

Discovering tapping and emotional regulation tools, Jo rebuilt her nervous system, her mindset and her connection to her own body. She has spent nearly a decade helping women do the same.

Her work brings together menopause expertise, neuroscience and EFT, exploring how fluctuating oestrogen affects the brain systems involved in stress, mood, cognition and motivation, and how tapping works with both the nervous system and the subconscious beliefs underneath, simultaneously.
