Welcome to Jo Fiddy Coaching. By accessing this website or booking any services provided by Jo Fiddy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all coaching services, workshops, digital offerings, speaking engagements, and any other services provided under the Jo Fiddy brand.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or book services.
1. CONTRACT FORMATION
A legally binding contract is formed when:
A client agrees in writing (email, booking form, or signed agreement) to purchase services, and
Payment has been received or a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
For live events or workshops booked via third-party platforms, the contract is formed upon booking confirmation and payment receipt.
2. SERVICES
The scope, structure, duration, and format of services are defined in the individual offer, proposal, booking confirmation, or client agreement.
Jo Fiddy reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to scheduling, format, or delivery where necessary, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage the client.

Payment
Full payment of €300 is required to secure your session.
Payment details will be provided within 24 hours of booking. Your session is only confirmed once payment has been received.
If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, Jo Fiddy reserves the right to release the scheduled session time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the session, are non-refundable and the session will be forfeited.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or converted into a credit towards a future session, to be used within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds
Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are not available once the session has taken place.
Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht – § 355 BGB)
If you are booking as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, by booking a session scheduled within this 14-day period, you expressly request that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends.
You acknowledge and agree that once the session has been fully delivered, your right of withdrawal expires.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal before the session takes place, no payment is due.
Confidentiality
All information shared during your session will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, you should seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.
Results
Individual results will vary. No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering your session and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
Agreement
By booking a Press Play Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. FEES & PAYMENT
Fees for services are agreed individually and confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
The applicable fee and payment schedule are stated in the client’s proposal, booking confirmation, invoice, or separate coaching agreement.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. SCHEDULING & SESSION POLICY
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled within the agreed program period.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in the session being forfeited.
Rescheduling outside the agreed program period is at the sole discretion of Jo Fiddy.
5. FIXED-TERM PROGRAMS
Coaching programs with a defined duration (e.g., 6-week or 90-day programs) constitute fixed-term agreements.
If a client chooses to terminate early, the full agreed program fee remains payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any discretionary refund, if granted, will be calculated based on services already delivered and administrative costs incurred.
6. WORKSHOPS & LIVE EVENTS
Cancellation terms for live events will be specified at the time of booking.
If Jo Fiddy cancels an event due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a refund of fees paid.
Jo Fiddy is not liable for additional participant costs (e.g., travel or accommodation) except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (WIDERRUFSRECHT – § 355 BGB)
If booking is made online and the client is a consumer residing in the EU, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
If the client requests that services begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the client expressly agrees that:
Their right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed;
If partial performance has occurred, payment is due proportionally for services already delivered.
Confirmation of this waiver must be obtained in writing prior to service commencement.
8. LIABILITY
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological care.
Clients remain fully responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and for decisions made during and after coaching.
Jo Fiddy accepts no liability for actions taken by clients as a result of coaching.
Liability is excluded for indirect or consequential damages except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
9. HEALTH & EFT DISCLAIMER
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Rapid Tapping®, and related modalities are complementary self-development tools.
They are not substitutes for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
No guarantees of outcomes are made.
Clients should seek advice from qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, frameworks, recordings, written content, digital products, and program materials are the intellectual property of Jo Fiddy unless otherwise stated.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
11. WEBSITE USE
Website content is provided for general information only and may change without notice.
External links are provided for convenience; Jo Fiddy is not responsible for external content.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Disputes are governed by German law. Jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Munich, Germany.
