These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Jo Fiddy Coaching, including coaching, EFT and tapping sessions, workshops, digital offerings, speaking engagements and other services offered under the Jo Fiddy brand.
By purchasing or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

## 2. CONTRACT FORMATION
A contract is formed when a booking or order is accepted and payment has been received, or where a payment plan or alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.
The details of the service, including its scope, duration, format and price, will be stated on the relevant sales page, booking page, proposal, invoice or client agreement.
For workshops or events booked through a third-party platform, additional terms imposed by that platform or event organiser may apply.
## 3. SERVICES
Jo Fiddy Coaching provides coaching, EFT and tapping sessions, workshops, speaking services, educational resources and related wellbeing services.
The precise nature and scope of a service will be described at the point of purchase or booking.
Reasonable changes may occasionally be made to scheduling, format or delivery where necessary, provided that they do not materially alter the service purchased.
## 4. PERIMENOPAUSE TAPPING SESSIONS
Perimenopause Tapping Sessions are focused one-to-one sessions using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and related coaching and nervous-system regulation tools.
The duration and price of the session will be clearly displayed on the relevant booking page at the time of purchase.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise expressly agreed.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and booking confirmation has been issued.
### Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least **48 hours' notice**.
Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, the session may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, or where a client does not attend the booked appointment, the session may be treated as used and the fee will normally not be refunded, subject always to applicable statutory consumer rights.
If Jo Fiddy Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or, where an appropriate alternative cannot be agreed, a refund of the amount paid for that session.
## 5. FEES AND PAYMENT
Prices and payment arrangements will be displayed or agreed before a booking or purchase is completed.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is required in full when booking.
Where a payment plan has been agreed, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make an agreed payment may result in services being suspended until payment is received, subject to applicable law.
For international payments, your bank, card provider or payment provider may apply currency-conversion rates or additional fees. These are outside the control of Jo Fiddy Coaching.
## 6. COACHING PROGRAMMES
Where coaching is purchased as a programme comprising multiple sessions or a defined period of support, the duration, included services, payment schedule and any programme-specific cancellation provisions will be provided before purchase.
Sessions included within a programme should normally be used within the programme period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
## 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR EU/EEA CONSUMERS
Where you are legally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in connection with a distance contract, you generally have **14 days from conclusion of the contract** in which to withdraw without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Jo Fiddy Coaching clearly of your decision to withdraw, for example by email to:

Where you expressly request that a service begins during the 14-day withdrawal period, you agree that Jo Fiddy Coaching may begin providing that service before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you subsequently exercise a valid right of withdrawal after performance has begun at your express request, you may be required, where permitted by law, to pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided.
Where the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire where, before performance began, you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
## 8. CANCELLATION BY JO FIDDY COACHING
In the event that Jo Fiddy Coaching is unable to provide a booked service because of illness, emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the service.
Where an appropriate alternative cannot be provided, fees paid for the affected service will be refunded.
Jo Fiddy Coaching is not responsible for consequential expenses such as travel or accommodation except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
## 9. HEALTH, COACHING AND EFT DISCLAIMER
Coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Rapid Tapping® and related wellbeing practices offered by Jo Fiddy Coaching are complementary coaching and self-development approaches.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological or other healthcare treatment.
Information provided through coaching, tapping sessions, workshops, the website, podcast, social media or educational materials is provided for educational and wellbeing purposes and should not be treated as individual medical advice.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, symptoms, medication, hormone therapy or other medical treatment, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
You remain responsible for your own health decisions and for seeking appropriate professional care where necessary.
## 10. RESULTS
Every client's circumstances and experience are different.
No particular physical, emotional, professional, financial or personal result is promised or guaranteed as a result of coaching, EFT, tapping or any other service.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and implementation.
## 11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared during private coaching or tapping sessions will be treated confidentially and will not normally be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where another legal obligation requires disclosure.
## 12. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
Third-party booking, payment, email or technology providers may process personal data where necessary to provide the relevant service, subject to their own privacy terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
## 13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, materials created and supplied by Jo Fiddy Coaching, including written materials, videos, audio recordings, exercises, frameworks, presentations and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of Jo Fiddy or their respective rights holders.
Materials supplied to clients are for personal use only unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, recorded or used commercially without prior written permission.
Any third-party trademarks, methodologies or materials remain the property of their respective owners.
## 14. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health where applicable under German law.
Subject to applicable mandatory law, Jo Fiddy Coaching is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
## 15. WEBSITE AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Information provided on the Jo Fiddy website, podcast, newsletters, social media channels and other educational platforms is for general informational and educational purposes.
Content may be updated or changed from time to time.
Links to third-party websites or resources are provided for convenience. Jo Fiddy Coaching is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites.
## 16. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law applicable to your circumstances.
Any provisions concerning jurisdiction apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
## 17. PAUSE LIVE COMPETITION — SEPTEMBER 2026
These competition terms apply specifically to the Pause Live giveaway operated by Jo Fiddy Coaching.
**Promoter:** Jo Fiddy Coaching, Carl-Duisberg-Straße 26, 82008 Unterhaching, Germany.
**Eligibility:** Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Jo Fiddy Coaching, Pause Live and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
**No purchase necessary:** There is no entry fee or purchase requirement.
**Prize:** Two winners will each receive a pair of VIP entries to PAUSE Live on Saturday 10 October 2026 at Convene Sancroft, St Paul's, London. Each winner may bring one guest. Winners and their guests will be added to the PAUSE Live guest list; no physical tickets will be issued.
**Not included:** Travel, accommodation, food, drink and other costs associated with attending the event are not included.
**How to enter:** Follow @jofiddy_ and @pauselive on Instagram, like the giveaway post and tag one friend in the comments. Each additional qualifying tag by the same entrant counts as an additional entry.
**Competition period:** The competition opened at 6:00pm BST on 8 September 2026 and closed at 8:00am BST on 15 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time were not eligible.
**Winner selection:** Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
**Notification:** Winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @jofiddy_. Winners must respond within 48 hours with their full name and the name of their guest so that the details can be provided to the PAUSE Live team for inclusion on the guest list.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
**Prize restrictions:** No cash alternative is available. The prize may not be sold or exchanged for cash.
**Personal data:** Personal information supplied by entrants will be used for administration of the competition and, where necessary, to arrange inclusion of winners and guests on the PAUSE Live guest list.
**Instagram:** This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps necessary to ensure the fair administration of the competition.
## 18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The Terms applicable to a purchase or booking will normally be those made available to the client at the time the relevant contract is entered into.
