Understanding. Experience. Possibility.

Understanding what’s happening in your brain and body can change the way you see yourself. Having something practical to try can help you take the next step.

Jo Fiddy brings menopause education, tapping and relatable storytelling together in sessions about stress, confidence and what becomes possible when we stop putting ourselves on pause.

For workplaces, festivals and communities, her approach combines clear explanations with warmth, energy and an opportunity to experience tapping.

A word that disappears in a meeting. A night spent overthinking. An idea you talk yourself out of before you’ve given it a chance.

Jo explores the experiences that can affect our confidence in midlife, including the emotional impact of perimenopause and the beliefs we carry about ourselves. She calls those familiar background messages our Belief Soundtrack.

Through conversation, reflection and tapping, Jo invites people to notice what is playing and consider what they want to do next.

Her sessions give audiences space to learn, try a practical technique and reconnect with a sense of possibility.

What you can book

The Healing Power of Tapping in Perimenopause

A practical wellbeing session for workplaces and women’s health events. People are often told to manage their stress. What does that look like when your mind is racing or the day feels like too much? Jo introduces the relationship between perimenopause, everyday stress and confidence, then guides participants through an optional tapping experience.

Participants take away:
A clearer understanding of how perimenopause may affect mood, sleep, concentration and confidence.
An introduction to EFT tapping and a short sequence to practise independently.
Prompts for recognising their support needs and starting a conversation.
One practical next step to explore after the session.

45–60 minutes, including questions. Online or in person.

Designed for people navigating perimenopause, with colleagues and allies welcome.

Press Play on Life

An energising talk for festivals, conferences and midlife communities. How often do we talk ourselves out of something before we’ve even given it a go? Drawing on her own experiences and her work with women, Jo explores The Invisible Pause: the moments when we begin holding back from opportunities, conversations and experiences that matter to us. Through storytelling, reflection and optional tapping, she opens a conversation about confidence, curiosity and making room for more life.

Participants are invited to:
Recognise a belief that may be influencing their choices.
Reconnect with something they want to make space for.
Choose an achievable action to take towards it.

30–45-minute talk, with an extended workshop available.

Tap Into Your Wellbeing

An interactive tapping session for a wider audience. A welcoming introduction to tapping for everyday emotional stress, open to people at any stage of life. Jo explains the practice, guides an optional group experience and shows participants how they can continue exploring it independently.

Suitable for wellbeing programmes, festivals, retreats and team events.

30–60 minutes. Online or in person.

For the person organising it

We’ll agree the audience, focus and format before your event, so the session fits your programme. Participation in tapping is always optional. People can join in or observe, and nobody is asked to disclose personal experiences. Workplace sessions complement existing wellbeing support, appropriate workplace adjustments and medical care.

- Mothers Meeting

"Incredible energy, flawless communication, and a presence that is pure magic. Jo’s 'From Menopause to Menoplaying' workshop for Mothers Meetings was masterfully delivered—practical, inspiring, and deeply engaging. Watching our community move from 'paused' to 'pressing play' in real-time was a testament to her“ unique expertise. Jo doesn’t just talk; she transforms - we were blown away!"

Jo Fiddy (MIBCC) is a motivational speaker, Menopause Coaching Specialist, EFT Practitioner trained in EFT for Menopause, Rapid Tapping® Pro and host of The Pressing Play Podcast.

With nine years of working with the female nervous system, Jo brings together menopause education, insights from neuroscience and practical tools for emotional wellbeing. Her particular interest is how hormonal change interacts with the brain systems involved in stress, memory, mood and motivation and how these experiences can affect confidence at work and in everyday life.

Jo also explores the beliefs we bring to that experience. When forgetting a word becomes “I’m losing my edge”, an uncomfortable moment can take on a much bigger meaning. She calls these familiar background messages our Belief Soundtrack®.

Through clear explanations, honest storytelling and interactive tapping, Jo helps audiences connect what they’re learning with their own lives, leaving them with a practical technique to explore and a fresh perspective on what comes next.

Her work is personal too. Having navigated a menopause-like hormonal state in her thirties and now perimenopause in midlife, she understands how much it matters to feel informed, heard and supported.

Jo has spoken at PAUSE Live and Mothers Meetings, and delivered tapping experiences at Latitude Festival and appears weekly as a Pro on The Rapid Tapping App® created by Poppy Delbridge.

Her mission is to help women understand their changing brains and bodies, rebuild confidence and press play on life.
